Here's a couple of pages from a purposed comic I did for the
Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, which at the time was (I believe) called just the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation (JDF). This was about 12 years ago. I had a friend who used to work at the JDRF and she suggested I come up with something, so I decided to do a comic for kids who might have been diagnosed with diabetes. The villain of course is diabetes. Nothing ever became of the project, but I had fun with it. The entire comic can be found on
