I've always held a deep fascination with cryptozoology and also the paranormal. I grew up watching "In Search of..." and have always been intrigued with Sasquatch aka Bigfoot. I decided to finally do a painting of my interpretation of Bigfoot after I received an email from Loren Coleman -Author, blogger, cryptozoologist and all around nice guy.
This just took maybe an hour on 9"x12" canvas paper. To learn more head on over to Cryptomundo and also be sure to check out Loren's other cool blog Twilight Language.

Here's a couple of pages from a purposed comic I did for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, which at the time was (I believe) called just the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation (JDF). This was about 12 years ago. I had a friend who used to work at the JDRF and she suggested I come up with something, so I decided to do a comic for kids who might have been diagnosed with diabetes. The villain of course is diabetes. Nothing ever became of the project, but I had fun with it. The entire comic can be found on flickr.

These were done about 10 - 12 years ago...it was inspired by an episode of "The Simpsons" when a character mentioned a comic book (non-existent as far as I know) called "Nazi Smasher" I really should go back and put in the title on the cover page (I left room for it). Oh, well. I just wanted to post something since I'm still laying out a new painting. I'll post another full length comic in a bit.

I finally updated a couple of images with better(?) resolution. I re-did the Crime Noir pix below and the Mark Twain picture, although I don't think it looks any different. I'll have to keep at it. Been busy with boring real life stuff. I'm in the process of starting my brother-in-law's painting. When it gets further along I'll start posting some pix.
