Crime Noir

Here's my homage to the hard boiled crime noir/pulp fiction covers. I apologize for the crappy resolution. Whenever I get a new camera I'll re-take some of the images on my blog. This painting was inspired by the great Glen Orbik. Masonite board 12"x16"
Edited to add: I created a mock mystery novel cover for the painting.

  1. Sam,
You are gifted in playing against the surface of appearances. I have a site entitled the Intangible Letters which is a surrealistic examination of experiential albeit subconscious
streams of thought. If you ever want to collaborate in terms of words and images in a new concept, contact me.
I have a link to it at Intangible Materiality, which can be found. If not, I remain a fan.
    Best Wishes
